ICON provides a quality warranty period of 14 days from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) to all of our authorized distributors and wholesalers who sell our authentic products. Our warranty policy applies only to those customers who purchase directly from ICON(distributors and wholesalers). If you have purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that dealer. HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM Please contact the store where your device was purchased, keep your proof of purchase well in case of needing warranty service. CHECKLIST Before you sumbit a warranty claim, please make sure that you have the following: 1. Date of purchase is within the 14 days Warranty Period 2. Copy of receipt or proof of purchase Note: If your complaint is not handled properly, please submit a form in our contact page, and then we will assist you to contact local retailer for your after-sales service.

Fake: 1.When you just scratch off the coating and enter your security code in ICON website for the first time, but shows ‘Valid security code but being queried already’. Be aware of this warming, it’s probably a fake. 2. Shows ‘Sorry, invalid security code’.
3.Product package Real: Packaging is printed in high quality. Color turns to be bright and shining. Fake: Low quality printing of Packaging. The color of product rendering is very dark.
